Out of the blue a lady came and assisted me, the manager and myself then had a quick chat not me knowing he's the manager . He even allowed me a phone call from his personal phone to the installer that he knows who does jobs for them. So wot became as a slow period there while waiting , ended off as a very pleasant one. Big thanks to the manager and the lady who helped me , much appreciated.
